潍坊森达美液化品码头有限公司成立于2013年6月28日，专注于发展、经营以及管理液化品散装业务，主要经营散装石油、液体化工品、液化烃的仓储以及装卸业务。

Incorporated on 28 June 2013, the Weifang Sime Darby Liquid Terminal Co., Ltd, focuses on developing, operating and managing the bulk liquid business in Weifang.  The primary operation activities of the company involve storage and handling of bulk oil, liquid chemicals and LPG.

为了加速散装石油和液体化工品的业务发展，2016年1月28日，森达美海外（香港）有限公司（森达美旗下全资子公司）与龙翔集团签署了战略合资协议，双方各持潍坊森达美液化品码头有限公司50%股份。龙翔为其提供行业的丰富经验、专业的技术与管理、以及成熟的销售网络，与森达美共同将潍坊森达美液化品码头有限公司打造成为国内领先的油品和液体化工品仓储及物流服务基地。

As part of its strategies to expedite the growth of its bulk liquid business, Sime Darby Overseas (HK) Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sime Darby) and Dragon Crown Group had entered into a strategic joint venture agreement on 28 January 2016, resulting in Sime Darby and Dragon Crown each effectively holds 50% equity interest in the Weifang Sime Darby Liquid Terminal Co., Ltd.  Dragon Crown will contribute its industry experience, technical expertise, and its well-established marketing network in making Weifang Sime Darby Liquid Terminal Co., Ltd a leading bulk liquid terminal storage and logistic services provider within the country.

项目先期总投资14亿元，其中码头投资3.5亿元，库区一期、二期和三期投资9.9亿元，四期项目用地成本0.6亿元。

现已建成液化品码头含24#、25#两个泊位；24#、25#泊位是2座3万吨级(结构兼顾5万吨级) 高桩梁板结构码头，岸线长度475米，设计吞吐能力每年324万吨。码头后方配套建设49.7万立方米液化品储罐及配套设施，储罐包括1500—50000 m³外浮顶罐、内浮顶罐、拱顶储罐、球罐，占地面积27.9万平米，并配套建设办公、DCS控制系统、变配电、蒸汽、压缩空气及氮气系统、污水处理、消防、装卸车、外输管道等相关设施。码头项目于2017年3月投产，库区一期项目于2017年7月投产运营，库区二期项目于2017年12月投产运营。

The total investment for the initial phase of the project is estimated at RMB1.4 billion, of which RMB350 million is allocated for the jetty project, RMB990 million for terminal Phase1, Phase 2 and Phase 3, and RMB60 million for Phase 4 land cost.

The jetty includes 2 x 30,000 metric tons (DWT) high-piled structured berths (capable of handling up to 50,000 DWT vessels), coastline 475 meters, with a design capacity of 3.24 million MT per annum.  The tankfarm, with the total storage capacity of 500,000 cubic meters (m³) and ancillary facilities, occupying an area of 279,000 square metres (m²); comprising floating roof tanks, internal floating roof tanks, vault tanks and spherical tanks of varying size capacities ranging from 1,500 to 50,000 m³. The terminal’s ancillary facilities include an administration building, DCS, power transformation and distribution substations, steam power facilities, compressed air and nitrogen system, waste water treatment facilities, firefighting system, truck-loading and unloading bays, pipelines and others. The jetty put into operation in March 2017.  For terminal project, Phase 1 put into operation in July 2017, and Phase 2 put into operations in December 2017.

三期项目为在建工程，项目已于2017年10月开工建设。建设规模为16.4×10⁴m³。工程内容包括120000 m³内浮顶罐、16000 m³球罐、14000 m³液体硫磺储罐和14000 m³浓硫酸储罐及相配套的输送泵、装卸车设施、供配电设施、DCS控制系统、电信设施、给排水及消防系统等。

Phase 3 started construction in October 2017. The design capacity of terminal Phase 3 is 16.4×10⁴ m³.  The project includes 120000 m³ internal floating roof tanks, 16000 m³ spherical tanks ,14000 m³ sulfur tanks, 14000 m³ sulfuric acid tanks and matching pumps, loading and unloading facilities, power supply and distribution facilities, DCS, telecommunication facilities, water supply and drainage and firefighting system.

  未来为适应深水航道的通航及周边企业的需要，潍坊森达美液化品码头有限公司将在潍坊森达美西作业区规划建设两个5万吨级液体散货泊位以及液体化学品、液化烃、油品罐等存储设施。

With a deeper port channel in place and a growing demand from hinterland customers, Weifang Sime Darby Liquid Terminal Co., Ltd plans to develop two 50,000 DWT liquid bulk cargo berths together with oil, chemical and LPG storage facilities in the west embankment of Weifang Sime Darby Port.
